Steve French, a real estate and mortgage broker with over 15 years experience serving Auburn and the surrounding communities, began Foothill Financial with the belief that he could provide a higher level of service by offering a wider range of financial and real estate loan programs to residents in the Auburn area. Steve began his local career in the community of Lake of the Pines (near where he still resides with his wife and two boys) before relocating his office 10 miles south to Auburn.

Steve was the first broker in town to offer real estate financing, refinancing and sales under one roof. Foothill Financial has since added different types of insurance, retirement planning and mutual fund investing to their list of services provided for their clients.
